We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The role is responsible for attending to passengers complaints, resolving issues, providing accurate travel information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate must be patient, articulate, and able to work in a fast-paced transport environment.

Requirements

Education

  • HND or B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related field.
  • Additional training in customer service is an added advantage.

Experience/Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, front desk, sales, or administrative roles (transport sector experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).

Additional Requirements

  • Must be approachable, courteous, and well-mannered.
  • Must be willing to work Saturdays and public holidays when necessary.
  • Must be emotionally intelligent, patient, and able to manage difficult customers.
