Requirements
Education
- OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc in any discipline
Experience/Skills
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in customer service, ticketing, sales, or cashiering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Excel, ticketing software, POS)
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak travel hours
- Strong numerical accuracy

Responsibilities & Context
- Issue tickets to passengers accurately and timely
- Confirm passenger details, available schedules, and bus routes
- Balance cash and ticket sales at the end of each shift
- Ensure correct fare collection and issuance of receipts
- Ensure that the environment is clean and well kept
- Provide travel information and assist passengers with inquiries
- Verify seat availability and update manifest sheets
- Escalate any ticketing irregularities or fraud attempts
