Education

• Sch Cert. /OND / NCE / HND /

Experience/Skills

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in customer service, ticketing, sales, or cashiering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Excel, ticketing software, POS)
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak travel hours
• Strong numerical accuracy

Responsibilities & Context

• Issue tickets to passengers accurately and timely
• Confirm passenger details, available schedules, and bus routes
• Balance cash and ticket sales at the end of each shift
• Ensure correct fare collection and issuance of receipts
• Ensure that the environment is clean and well kept
• Provide travel information and assist passengers with inquiries
• Verify seat availability and update manifest sheets
• Escalate any ticketing irregularities or fraud attempts
